WGS is capable of executing any of the services offered to Willbros Group’s private customers to the public sector, including Department of Defense, Department of Energy, and other federal, state and local government entities. Our expertise includes engineering, construction, procurement, cost estimates, permitting, commissioning and every other component associated with design/build construction. We are the leader in privatization of fueling facilities for Defense Logistics Agency Energy with operational facilities at Ft. Bragg, NC; Ft. Stewart, GA; Ft. Gordon, GA, Ft. Campbell, KY and 29 Palms, CA. We are in the process of commencing the privatization of Camp Pendleton, CA which will have six separate fueling facilities. Additionally, we currently provide Operational &Maintenance services for a government owned / contractor operated aircraft fueling facility in Rota, Spain. Through our Naval Facilities Command (NAVFAC) Petroleum Oil and Lubricants (POL) Fuels Systems Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract, we service the Navy’s fueling needs globally. We provide full service Sustainment, Restoration and Maintenance (SRM) of POL infrastructure and systems.
