Robert R. Harl, age 60, was elected to the Board of Directors and President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company in January 2006, and as Chief Executive Officer in January 2007. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Mr. Harl has over 30 years experience working with Kellogg Brown & Root (“KBR”), a global engineering, construction and services company, and its subsidiaries in a variety of officer capacities, serving as President of several of the KBR business units. Mr. Harl’s experience includes executive management responsibilities for units serving both upstream and downstream oil and gas sectors as well as power, government and infrastructure sectors. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of KBR from March 2001 until July 2004 when he was appointed Chairman, a position he held until January 2005. KBR filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in December 2003 in order to discharge certain asbestos and silica personal injury claims. The order confirming KBR’s plan of reorganization became final in December 2004, and the plan of reorganization became effective in January 2005. Mr. Harl was engaged as a consultant to the Company from August 2005 until he became an executive officer and director of the Company in January 2006.

As the current President and CEO of the Company, Mr. Harl provides a management representative on the Board of Directors with extensive knowledge of our day-to-day operations. As a result, he can facilitate the Board of Directors’ access to timely and relevant information and its oversight of management’s strategy, planning and performance. In addition, Mr. Harl brings to the Board of Directors considerable management and leadership experience, and extensive knowledge of the international energy industry and our business, especially as it relates to engineering, procurement and construction.

Van Welch joined Willbros in 2006 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Willbros Group, Inc. He currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Mr. Welch has over 30 years of experience in project controls, administrative and finance positions with KBR, Inc. (formerly known as Kellogg Brown & Root), a global engineering, construction and services company, and its subsidiaries, serving most recently as Vice President – Finance and Investor Relations and as a member of KBR’s executive leadership team. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Welch held various other positions with KBR including Vice President, Accounting and Finance of the Engineering and Construction Division, Vice President, Accounting and Finance of Onshore Operations and Senior Vice President of Shared Services. Mr. Welch is a Certified Public Accountant.

Peter W. Arbour joined Willbros in May 2010 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Before joining Willbros, he served in senior legal positions with the Expro International Group, Power Well Services, as well as Kellogg Brown & Root, where he managed a worldwide Law Department for over 10 years. Mr. Arbour’s legal experience includes work with mergers and acquisitions, engineering and construction contracts, construction claims, litigation management, and compliance matters. He has extensive experience in overseas projects, particularly in the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Mr. Arbour is a member of the state bar associations of Texas and Louisiana and holds undergraduate and Juris Doctorate degrees from Louisiana State University.

James L. Gibson was named Chief Operating Officer of Willbros in October 2010, Executive Vice President in June 2011 and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Mr. Gibson joined Willbros in March 2008. He was named President, Willbros Canada in July 2008, and appointed President of the Downstream business segment in February 2010. Mr. Gibson brings more than 39 years of diversified construction experience in managing all aspects of project performance including: cost, schedules, quality, safety, budget, regulatory requirements and subcontracting. He was employed by KBR, Inc. (formerly known as Kellogg Brown & Root), for the majority of his career, beginning in 1972. He held a number of positions at KBR in project management services performing work in refineries and chemical plants. He has managed projects for Syncrude Canada Limited in Alberta and other projects in the oil sands industry in the Fort McMurray area. Mr. Gibson holds several contractor certifications and licenses and graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

Jerrit M. Coward was named Executive Vice President, Business/Corporate Development, in January 2013.  Mr. Cowards's current position includes executive oversight for sales and marketing, strategy, investor relations, communications and mergers and acquisitions.  He previously served as President of Willbros' Oil & Gas segment from March 2012 and as President of its Upstream segment from January 2008 until his 2012 promotion.  Mr. Coward is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team.  Subsequent to joining Willbros in 2002 as a Project Manager, Mr. Coward assumed full operations responsibility for the Company's Nigerian operations in 2005, and oversaw the discontinuation and sale of the Company's Nigerian interests.  Prior to joining Willbros, he worked for Global Industries in the capacities of Project Manager, Operations Manager and Commercial Manager.  He has held foreign assignments in Nigeria and Mexico as well as executed international projects in various countries.  Mr. Coward serves on the board of directors of Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas, Inc. and holds a B.S. in engineering from Texas A&M at Galveston.

John K. Allcorn returns to Willbros in 2013 as Senior Vice President of Sales. While previously with Willbros he was responsible for worldwide operations, including overseeing the group's engineering and construction companies. Mr. Allcorn rejoins Willbros from Integrated Pipeline Services, Inc. (IPS) where he served as President and CEO. While with IPS he established an investment strategy to grow the business through a mix of organic expansion as well as through mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Allcorn has also held positions with US Pipeline, Inc. and Gregory & Cook. Mr. Allcorn holds more than 27 years of experience in the pipeline industry, specializing in pipeline design and construction. Additionally, he has vast domestic and international experience in operations and executive management. Mr. Allcorn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Houston. He is a past board member of the International Pipeline and Offshore Contractor's Association (IPLOCA), the Pipe Line Contractor's Association of America (PLCA) and the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA) Foundation, where he also served as Chairman.

Geoff Stanford joined Willbros in 2012 as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Willbros Group, Inc.  Before joining Willbros, Mr. Stanford serves as Senior Director, Corporate Operational Accounting with The Shaw Group.  He has over 20 years of experience in corporate operational accounting, transactional accounting, financial reporting as well as other administrative management positions working for public companies with domestic and international service areas including The Shaw Group, Albemarle Corporation, Global Industries, Ltd., and Petroleum Helicopters, Inc.  He graduated from Louisiana State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance, and from Tulane University with a Masters in Business Administration.  Mr. Stanford is a Certified Public Accountant.
