Automated Pipeline Rotation System
To prolong the life and save maintenance cost on elevated slurry pipelines, the system automatically rotates the pipe every six weeks, reducing the overall wear and corrosion of the pipeline.
Chromium Carbide Overlay (CCO) Manufacturing
Service is available for pipe sizes up to 42”OD and up to 40’ long. Our Fabrication team's overlay process minimizes distortion and shrinkage, while maintaining excellent fusion and wear ability. Through research and development Willbros has blended the best qualities of CCO products on the market today.
Health and Safety
At Willbros Canada we recognize that effective safe workplace practices and a strong safety culture contribute to the well being and success of our employees and our company. Safety is one of our core values, across the company and under no circumstances will be compromised. It is only through a diligent commitment and investment in health and safety that we will continue to succeed.
We use six principles to guide our Value for safety and achieve our Vision for best-in-class safety performance:
1. Safety is about leadership and leadership isn't about what's in your title: it's about what is in your character.
2. We will always strive to get better. When we fall short in our expectations, we'll find out why. When we succeed, we will find how to reproduce that success elsewhere.
3. We will not compromise even in the face of great pressure on the time and discipline it takes to properly plan and execute our work in the safest way practical.
4. Stopping unsafe work isn't a right given to us by someone else. Stopping unsafe work is an obligation that we hold ourselves and each other to.
5. Production done in the absence of safety will not be valued or rewarded. Period.
6. Great safety isn't just about policies and procedures. Great safety is about openness, honesty, involvement, communication, and caring for one another.
Willbros Canada maintains a Certification of Recognition (COR) through our certifying partner, the Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA) and consistently receives the maximum rebate as a participant in the Workers Compensation Board's (WCB) - Alberta Partners in Injury Reduction (PIR) program. Willbros Canada has also been the recipient of many client safety awards for outstanding safety performance and continues to exceed our clients HSE expectations.

It is the policy of the management of Willbros Canada to make sure our work is performed in an environmentally responsible manner at all times. We shall consider the appropriate protection of humans, plants, animals, air, water, and soil.
Quality
Willbros' commitment to quality is an integral part of our success. To us "quality" goes beyond the products and services we offer our clients, it also guides our management philosophy and how we approach our business. Our Quality Control Manual addresses those elements of Quality Control and Quality Assurance that we feel allow us to produce products and services that meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
