As a result, it is more important than ever that everything we think, say or do reflects adherence to laws, regulations and our policies.
Please read the Willbros “Code of Business Conduct and Ethics” and personally commit to complying with its requirements. The code is not just a summary guideline of the existing policies and procedures that govern our day-to-day work practices. It is also a reflection of our value culture and our integrity as an organization. Our good reputation is one of our most valuable assets, and preservation of that asset is important to all of us, personally as individuals, as well as collectively as an organization. At Willbros, we are committed and dedicated to employing sound, ethical business practices, complying with the law and ethical standards in all areas where we work, and demanding the highest standards of integrity from our personnel. As a member of the global Willbros family, you must know, understand and comply with this code. At any time, any one of us could find ourselves in one of the situations described in this code.
