Willbros operates globally: our Engineering Services comprise the full array of project management, design and field services to complete all or any portion of an assignment associated with pipelines and ancillary facilities. Our Construction Services include pipeline installation in any kind of terrain, from onshore to swamp, marsh and offshore locales. Construction Services also include the installation of pump and flow stations or any other facilities which might be a part of a pipeline transportation system or gathering and processing facilities.

Willbros delivers services through business units configured to meet the operating and administrative needs of the market and host country.

Engineering services are provided primarily through Willbros Engineering in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Willbros can, and does, provide engineering services through local operating companies when appropriate. Construction services are provided through business units established in certain "work countries" or through Willbros International, Inc. and its other subsidiaries. Principal work countries are, in December 2005, Canada, The United States of America and Oman.

In Canada, services are provided by Willbros Canada, which offers pipeline construction, fabrication and maintenance services in the oil sands region of northern Alberta.

In Oman, The Oman Construction Company (TOCO), provides construction services, fabrication and maintenance services and specialty services such as rig moves and heavy hauling.

In the United States, through Willbros Construction, Inc. the company provides pipeline, station and facilities construction or EPC services, on a stand-alone basis or through collaboration with other Willbros units or third parties.

We also build the necessary infrastructure (roads, bridges, camps) to access the project locale when necessary. Oilfield-related specialty services are generally any services we can provide through the use of our equipment and experience in a given local market to support our customers’ specific need for specialized equipment and skilled labor. Specialty services include dredging, pipe coating (cathodic and weight), pipe double jointing, piling manufacture, heavy land or marine transport and are provided as part of our Construction Services offering.
