James R. Beasley joined Willbros in 1981 when Willbros Engineers, Inc. was acquired. He was elected Vice President of Willbros Engineers, Inc. in 1981, Senior Vice President and General Manager in 1982, President in 1986 and Senior Vice President of Willbros USA, Inc. in 2001. Mr. Beasley has more than 35 years of domestic and international experience in economic studies, project management, engineering, construction management, and operations of pipeline systems and military facilities. He received Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri. |

Kevin L. Cater joined Willbros in 2000 when Rogers & Phillips, Inc. was acquired. He served as Project Manager and was promoted to Vice President in January 2003. Mr. Cater has 26 years of professional pipeline and station construction and project management experience. He has held positions in both construction and pipeline operating companies including Superintendent of Field Construction, Supervising Engineer, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. |

Kevin R. Fox joined Willbros in 1991 as an engineer. He was promoted to Vice President and General Manager, Tulsa Operations at Willbros Engineers, Inc. in 2006. He is responsible for all project and technical functions, including field services. During the past 15 years, he has performed various engineering functions, managed EPC projects, directed multiple-project programs, and held positions of Manager of Projects and General Manager, Tulsa Operations. From 1987 to 1991, he was employed by Butler Manufacturing Company as a structural engineer. Mr. Fox is a registered professional engineer in 22 states and is a certified Project Management Professional. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri. Currently, he is serving as President of the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa. |

James L. Gibson joined Willbros in March of 2008 as Chief Operating Officer and was named President, Willbros Canada in July of 2008. Mr. Gibson brings more than 35 years of diversified construction experience in managing and coordinating all aspects of project performance including: cost, schedules, quality, safety, budget, regulatory requirements and subcontracting. Mr. Gibson was employed by KBR, Inc. (formerly known as Kellogg Brown & Root) for the majority of his career beginning in 1972. He held a number of positions at KBR in project management services performing work in refineries and chemical plants. He has managed projects for Syncrude Canada Limited in Alberta and other projects in the oil sands industry in the Fort McMurray area. He holds several contractor certifications and licenses and graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree. |

Lonnie R. Hamilton has over 28 years of business and project development experience, 23 since joining Willbros in 1983. Mr. Hamilton has held positions in both the manufacturing and operating sectors of the pipeline industry. He was named Vice President – Business Development for Willbros Engineers, Inc. in 2001. Mr. Hamilton received his Bachelors in Business Administration from Baylor University. |

Latif A. Razek is General Manager of The Oman Construction Company where he has been employed for over 30 years and has served as General Manager since 1999. He has extensive experience in pipeline and oil-related industries. He is responsible for all Oman operations: pipeline and facilities construction, oilfield and mechanical services, pipeline maintenance and repairs, rig moving and cargo haulage. Mr. Razek is fluent in English, Arabic, and French. |

Curtis E. Simkin joined Willbros Engineers, Inc. in 1996 as Project Manager for an international engineering assignment. He was named General Manager of the Houston office and Manager of Projects in Tulsa, and was promoted to Vice President – Project Management in 1999 and President in July 2003. He has over 20 years experience in managing the design and construction of pipelines and ancillary facilities, including significant experience with a major interstate natural gas pipeline operator. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas and is a registered Professional Engineer and a Certified Project Management Professional. |
